How long does a MikroTik installation take?
A standard single-site MikroTik installation (internet, firewall, WiFi, VPN) is usually completed the same day. Multi-branch setups, ISP backbones or migrations from an existing network are planned after a discovery phase and typically take 2-5 business days.
What does the MikroTik installation service cover?
Model selection consulting, RouterOS installation and updates, internet connectivity, firewall and NAT rules, VLAN segmentation, WiFi/CAPsMAN, VPN, QoS, backup scheme and handover documentation. The scope is finalized after discovery and provided in writing with the quote.
How does remote MikroTik support work?
We connect to your device over a secure VPN or encrypted management access and handle diagnosis and intervention remotely. You can get support from anywhere in Turkey and from abroad; most issues are resolved without an on-site visit.
Can I get MikroTik support outside Sakarya?
Yes. Although we are headquartered in Sakarya, most of our MikroTik support is delivered remotely. When on-site intervention is needed we dispatch teams to Sakarya, Kocaeli, Istanbul and Bursa; for other provinces we plan on a per-project basis.
Can you take over my existing MikroTik configuration without breaking it?
Yes. We first take a full backup of your current configuration and then produce an audit report. Changes are applied in a planned maintenance window with a rollback plan; your network experiences no downtime.
Do you hold MikroTik certifications?
Yes. Our founder Erdem Özyurt holds four official MikroTik certifications: MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCTCE and MTCINE. As a team we work with current RouterOS versions and official MikroTik documentation.
Do you support migrations from RouterOS 6 to 7?
Yes. We plan the RouterOS 7 migration with a configuration audit and compatibility check first, take backups and apply it in a maintenance window. Wireless, routing (OSPF/BGP) and firewall differences are the most common trouble spots; we run verification tests after the migration.
What do you do for MikroTik firewall security?
We disable unnecessary services in the default setup, move management access behind a VPN, and apply brute force protection, address lists and layered filter rules. Our configurations follow MikroTik's official security recommendations.
Which MikroTik models do you work with?
We work with the entire RouterOS product family, from the hEX and hAP series to the RB5009, from CRS switches to CCR backbone routers and CHR virtual routers. We help you pick the right model for your needs.
What is your response time for MikroTik failures?
For our 24/7 monitoring customers, failures are usually detected before you notice them and remote intervention starts immediately. Requests outside monitoring coverage are handled by SLA priority; for critical outages our first response target is 1 hour.
